Upon certification we automatically generate a unique broker access code (formatted PMB-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). You use it to create your account at pmbloans.com — our CRM, application platform, and private lender network — where you begin submitting real deals.

How long do I have access to the training?

Lifetime access. Your enrollment is a one-time payment with no recurring fees, and you can return to the training dashboard whenever you want, including access to new modules we add over time.

What is a Private Money Lender?

A Private Money Lender is a marketing partner of Private Money Broker. Private Money Lenders promote Private Money Broker's platform and connect prospective borrowers with our internal lending team. Private Money Lenders do NOT originate, negotiate, or advise on loans.

Do I need a mortgage broker license?

No mortgage broker license is required. Our brokers operate as marketing partners — they do not originate, negotiate, or advise on loans. All licensed activities are performed by the Private Money Broker team.

How do I get paid?
