1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Private Money Broker's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

Private Money Broker operates a marketing partner network. Brokers are marketing partners who promote Private Money Broker's platform. All lending activities, including loan origination, negotiation, underwriting, and approval, are conducted by Private Money Broker's internal licensed team.

3. Broker Obligations

Brokers must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including but not limited to the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Florida mortgage lending regulations, and anti-spam laws. Brokers must not engage in loan origination activities.

4. Payment Terms

Broker enrollment is free — there is no enrollment fee and no recurring charges. Enrollment provides full access to the certification course, the PMB CRM and platform, and the investor leads we provide so brokers can start calling and working deals (delivered upon course completion).

5. Limitation of Liability

Private Money Broker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
